AI Model Disclosure
ColorByte AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider. Our product name, branding, and domain do not include any model provider names.
When you use our generation features, your text descriptions and uploaded images are transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested coloring pages:
- AI generation providers (fal.ai) — your text descriptions and uploaded images are processed by Nano Banana and Seedream 5.0 to generate black-and-white line art coloring pages.
- AI translation & planning (DeepSeek) — translates text between languages and plans coloring book page outlines.
These providers receive only the content you submit for generation. They do not receive your account credentials, payment information, or any other personal data. Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policy and data handling practices.
We do not use your generation inputs to train AI models ourselves, and our terms prohibit third-party providers from doing so with your content.

- Generation inputs: text descriptions and images you submit to create coloring pages.
- Account information: email address and password when you create an account (stored with encryption).
- Payment details: processed by our payment provider (Creem). We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.

- With service providers: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payment processing (Creem), AI generation (fal.ai), analytics (Google). All are bound by confidentiality.

- In business transfers: if ColorByte AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
- Guest usage: generations from users without an account are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- Registered accounts: your generation history is saved so you can revisit past creations. Deleting a generation removes it from our database.
- You may request deletion of all your data by contacting support@colorbyteai.art.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures — encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), restricted database access, and regular security reviews. However, no online service is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us at support@colorbyteai.art.
